We ship anywhere in the continental United State for a flat rate of $5.50 per order. Orders over $100 ship FREE (US only). Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of order. Orders are shipped via USPS and usually arrive between 3-5 business days after shipped. We currently ship Monday - Friday. Please double check that your email address, shipping & contact information is correct to avoid delays. 

For anyone who wants to pick up their order, please enter code: LOCALPICKUP in the Discount Coupon Voucher Box. This will remove the shipping charges. YOU are responsible to make arrangements to pick up your order in either the Boone or Ames area.
We hope you LOVE your Accessories & Clothing, but we know with online shopping sometimes things don’t work out. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase so please read our Return Policy below. If you have any questions or need help, you can always contact us.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was delivered FOR STORE CREDIT. All accessories (jewelry, scarves, handbags, hats, etc) and any items bought on sale are FINAL SALE.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn with no stains, and the tags must still be attached. Items must not be damaged so be careful if using scissors to open package. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

  • Contact us for a return authorization number.

  • Include the receipt.

  • Refunds can only be issued in the form of store credit.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a shipping error.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
Due to our limited quantities of products we can’t guarantee an exchange. So, we will issue you a store credit, and if the right size & style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase the item. We are always adding new items so we know there will always be something you will LOVE!
Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. It's a good idea to purchase tracking when returning an item and keep the shipping receipts for your records.
Orders returned to us as refused, orders not picked up at the Post Office, or orders that have been cancelled by buyer prior to shipping will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable on refused orders.
We reserve the right to modify, change and/or update the shipping prices with or without notice.
